    • Yup got mine off trademe in the end from Ledbits2012 Rang around lots of places and no-one seemed to know what the part was, infact im noticing more and more that parts businesses have less and less on hand knowledge and rely totaly on their what their computer tells them   then i spoke to the guy at Ledbits and he pretty much said alot of the o2 sensors will work as they are all pretty similar I got a 3plug one that worked fine with my ecu but the plug didnt match so  i just cut and soldiered my old plug to it and its been mint since   Flew through a WOF yesterday - man i love this Legacy as its in such good nick getting wofs isnt a headache and i must say I LOVE the tein suspension, I dont even have to slow down for speed bumps, a great ride and very high quality suspension    BUT   I need to source a TPS  (A22-000R25)  was hoping to find one locally but nothing so far >_ <
    • ID tag lists Trans too aye, ya pushing poo up a hill with that one sorry   the PRND321 on the dash might give it away too   the cost involved in swapping a CANBUS equipped car these days too is also prohibitive and will be more work than you may realise ❤️
    • Fair enough a switched on one man owner-operator type or one make dealership tech who has VIN codes memorised might cry foul. But most I have dealt with have the mechanics that write up the sheet, check everything off then give the sheet to their receptionist who puts it into NZTA's system.   Add in the complication that most Subarus in this country have 7A8 VIN numbers with the next 8 digits being a vague representation of the model the car is and you could fly under the radar. My post was mainly meant to be humour.
    • Has anyone had experience good or bad. Getting a reversing camera/head unit fitted to a 2011 sti or similar? After recommendations of a unit that will replace this kenwood dpx-5200BT, Android auto would be nice but provided I can Bluetooth music I'm not overly fussed. High priority is that it provides me with a much needed reversing camera (can't see past the spoiler, only 5ft tall) fits the space and isn't fugly. Auckland based.
