What have you done to your car today?

Just running a windows tablet. It's nice and quick and all in 1 package

Took it to VTNZ to get another clean sheet WOF .Was a bit worried about an exhaust leak but they didn't pick up on it, then minutes later some old ladies Outback is picked up with an exhaust leak, uh-oh

Got rego, installed swaybars with the help of some CS members, installed locking bolts, and started to install my gauges. Just waiting on new baffled sump to come and then get that installed for the manfield trackday in january!

yup had a v2 sti and sold it off to get a car I've always wanted . A pulsar gtir .... got bored of it so went back to another suby

Got my gloves in the mail, stuck the rego sticker to my bike, boots arrived too...

How were you bored of the GTIR? Anyways, welcome back to the dark side.

Prob broke a few gearboxes commonish with modded gtirs.

Put a garrett on the wifes car tonight does 5 psi more than the old one and requires no tuning just a simple bolt on mod.

Plumbed my breathers on the weekend so thats up to par.

You'll be happy to hear I pulled the awful V stickers off my wing this morning.

Today was a good day.

Put the "new" primary turbo and intake mani etc back on the BH. Kicked it in the guts, running on 2 and dumped a large quantity of oil on my driveway (housewarming gift to the landlord) not sure if it's the passenger rockercover gasket or oil drain from primary turbo....hmmmm. Time to pull it apart again.

arrived back from warkworth $300 poorer and with a buggered big end bearing... time for the single turbo conversion

well being the jammy bugger I am; all this good luck lately (winning free entry to the 4nR drags, won speakers there too, recently winning VIP pack to devilskin CHURR) My luck had to start cracking somewhere; and it started with a small crack in the top of the right hand radiator tank, that's cool: scarles had a sale on twin core alloy radiators 150 + shipping, so the STi gets a shiny christmas present woohoo.

I'll be carrying around bottles of water until that shows up haha. it's at the top of the tank; so it isn't gonna drain the radiator.

Now; opinion; I have a some blue silicone radiator hoses to fit GC8 the black ones I have are mint; do I bother swapping them? really all I'm concerned about is whether or not it'll look good.

Opinions; go.

just put a scarles alloy radiator in my wrx with blue silicone hoses

looks good and nothing to split and leak

Oh yeah I only have the top and bottom rad hoses the other blue ones are on the legacy (initially bought for legacy but gc rad is different to bh)

Took it to rnv... and my front lips ripped off from a stupid car park layout on the most uneven ground.. wicked new bumper here we come

Drove to Christchurch, picked up some new monsoons for the legacy, popped into pick a part and grabbed some clips and spotlights. I think I'm gonna have to go back next time I'm in chch as the girlfriend was nagging me to hurry up and I saw a few other bits I might need soon. Got back to timaru and slapped the monsoons on. Tomorrows jobs will be swap out the steering rack for one that doesn't leak and switch over spotlights.

Lol rubs to much for me to care at the moment. Roll and flare the guards is next of the list.
