Having a problem hitting boost B4 Legacy

Have a B4 RSK and having trouble with it hitting boost.

All gears lose boost above 4k rpm.

3rd & 4th gear before 4k rpm hits 10psi

1st & 2nd gear hits like between 1-4psi if u hit under 4k rpm, but any over 4k rpm it loses boost.

Can't hear bov above 4k rpm.

Not sure if it's a problem with how the vacuums are setup or if something is just damaged, as it should be hitting 13/14psi..

Error code 66.

I tried to reset the ecu (connecting the green connectors), and then I tried to scan for codes again and it still shows the same one.

Does the error code only clear once the problem is fixed?

To reset the ECU that way you need to drive it a bit with the green plugs and black plugs connected. Until the CEL starts flashing. Constant flashes for all ok, or it will give a code if there's a problem.

Most likely it just needs the BBOD cleaned out, vac hoses gunked up etc. Here's a good how to:

http://www.uklegacy.com/forums/index.php/topic/11043-code-66-and-boost-issueshow-to-clean-them-out/

With the green plugs connected and the ignition on/engine off. The fans should start cycling on/off and all solenoids will start pulsing. The ECV (exhaust control valve) and IACV (intake air control valve) should both be moving. ECV and IAV both covered in here:

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
