Wheels for sg9 sti

I was wondering if I could fit some 17x8 wheels over the brembos with a 44 offset?

Go 18s bro, that's what I have on mine (stock though) but 17s look to small in the guard unless you are running a huge tyre. Just my $0.02 though..

Just make sure you test fit any rims you find as not all +44 will clear the SG9 STI brembos. But i do agree that unless you're getting a track specific set then go 18's as anything else just looks too small on our bricks

Ok can someone tell me if 38 offset is going to stick out the guard more than 44 ? or does that meant its closer to the hub ?

+1 to the above, IMO wheels and tyres are the bit that keeps on you the road yet it is mind boggling that is the part we tend to always want to cheap out on lol
