Odd miss

Ive had an odd miss for a while now at idle and cruise where it does the odd popfart miss type thing and consequently afr fluctuates .3-.5. Sparkies all burning fine and have swapped out coils leads etc and entire longblock has been also. Map based running g4 and ej257 with intake avcs. Only thing i can think of is wiring issue or vac leak. Ive tried playing with ig and fuel but doesnt help at all. Injectors are firing as they should.

Any way to test avcs and triggers? Timing light lines up with g4.

How do i test triggers?

Im convinced its injector related would sucking air past injector seal cause it? Being wasted if it was a coil issue it would be twice as noticable.

Easy for raymond to nail? Hes got best rep of any auto sparky up here.

I think i've found it. Ignition delay from v10 base map was 115us and the original v5/6 base map has no delay. Unsure if that would cause it or not as it was irregular but seems ok now running no delay. Time will tell.

Haven't swapped gaskets or anything else just injector seals.

Nope rac was too busy to scope anything when i had car over there. Said it didnt sound like trigger error which makes sense as its not regular. Link still has no errors and runtime doesnt show anything except afr movement and map varies 1kpa so very minor waver. Nothing relates to the afr miss on log.

What scope is best to use for triggers? Cam are 3 pin and crank 2 pin. Old man has 7 scopes but no time to show me how to use them and i have no idea. Hes 240v not auto either.

Check your HT leads are not too close to the engine harness as this can cause sync issues with the cam sensor.

Also what injector end angle are you running?

Rewired cop wiring to ecu seems a lot better. Before it had a massive stumble around 2.5-2.6k now its clean. It starts to miss as it gets hot once its hot itll miss noticeably. What would cause that? Faulty coil?

Not sure if you've done your plugs but I found before I changed my plugs my car had an odd miss just before the power band and would sometimes stagger through it.

after changing (and gapping) plugs it went brilliantly havent missed since

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
