I did my rally car:

It's a pain in the arse to maintain, as it peels with too much touching and it is easily damaged with oil/petrol too... It however is a ****load cheaper than painting a car properly... If you don't really care about your car/image, then try it. Or just buy one can and paint one panel to see. It does peel right off, but that's also it's downside, it peels right off!

Ps, took about 15 cans to do the car properly.

It shouldnt peel off that easy unless its not enough coats/ you've left open edges for it to lift from (if that even makes sense, it does in my mind) but you're using it for a rally car so I could understand it peeling off easily as it gets more abuse then a daily driven road car..

I did my wheels and wing mirrors over a year ago now? And theyre perfectly fine to this day, only thing was the wheels had to be touched up after the tires got changed(understandable) and theres maybe one stone chip on the wingmirror which went through the plastidip but the paint underneath is fine.. I know its not much of a comparison to a whole car being done but its some insight I guess..

oooh and pick your colour wisely as some dont suffer to well when they get dirty...

I spent a week down in the South Island on Targa in the car and the paint peeled off the front edge of the right rear door, mainly from me rubbing up against it as I climbed out of the car between stages. So any area that has high wear on it like that and door handles it will peel from over time. But it is also very easy to touch up and you don't have to blend it, just put another coat on and it seals it up nicely.

I would definitely say try it out on a panel and see what you think.

I had black on my wheels for over a year and it lasted pretty good.

Its just a pain with the brake dust as they end up turning a bronzie kind of black.

Have to be careful when cleaning as if you are to vigorous you can end up rubbing it off.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
