Hi guys can you tell me what version my fozz is? sorry for the bad ress pic flash wouldn't go off.

On the subject of ecu swapping; the Foz EJ205 runs a 9:1 compression ratio, wrx is 8:1 so ECU swapping you may run into problems.

correct. i swapped a j2 into my foz, audable detonation at idle. v3/4 forries are happy to swap (sf5a & sf5b) sf5c you have the choice of standard ecu, link ecu or daughter board (only recently arrived on the market, hit up rajin)

the sg5, being v7 equivalent ( also post rev d sf5) has a reflashable ecu. no need to buy a link unless you are doing something really stupid with it. there are a few guys around that can do a tune for you, at really good prices, and huge gains in torque power response and economy for very little outlay :-)

Boon on here has a cheap V7 sti ecu in the f/s thread.

if your car is jap import, it should have AVCS, big gains to be had. really no point swapping to STI ecu as you can simply reflash the sti image to your ecu, or reduce the chance of compression ratio differences by simply copying the timing, fuelling and avcs maps from an sti, whilst maintaining your base rom image.

where abouts are you located?

Currently located in Ohakune, but I can get the ecu anywhere from Wellington to the Mount.
