No I can't but as I turn the key all the way the radio goes off and on.

Any reason this could be happening that you know of?

Hello Subaru Fanatics! I'm having an issue, when I give the car any type of gas, the neutral light flickers, as in an electrical issue, what could this be? It also makes a some what static sound which sounds like it's coming from the center of the dash. And.. it's a 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 Twin Turb Thanks.
