We replaced the oil, chucked a new air filter in & the spark plugs were iridium NGK ones. so it might need a new AFM as well?

Hi guys, I've read through the first couple & last couple pages but not the whole thread so sorry if this has been asked before! Where is the best place do get a stage 1 tune? I got a EJ203 Subaru Legacy imported from Japan and it's pinging. A mechanic at work said its due to japan using higher octane gas then here but I still get it even with 98 I've changed the sparkplugs & done a full service so I think its ready to go!
