What about factory 3.0 BP 4pot brembos ? A good upgrade on standard 3.0 316mm ??

Raptor headers ...old HSV Cats ... flange was just two bolt (but I think I got new ones fitted) all up the total exhaust system cost me well over $1200 ....but its fully stainless so should last another 200,000kms+ in my next BP Legacy H6 ..... 90% of my diving is highway ...and I get 11kms per lt of fuel which I'm thinking works out 9lts per 100kms ... which is brilliant as I've got a lead foot .... I do get some minor knocking around 2750rpm on 95 .... mine was tuned by Kido .... Also got stainless intake tube and aftermarket intake pipe ...I keep paper filter as K&N lets in far to much fine dust...

I've been driving H6 3.0 wangons for many years(owned 3x to date latest SI drive 2007 spec-B) ...well over 200,000kms+ hassle free driving to date over last 14yrs of ownership ... and even though I could afford to Buy a much new car (buying the wife a new Sorento)... I'm thinking about buying another one with as low as Km's as possible ...as I know them well and they do exactly what I want being AWD sweet sounding flat-6 with mods solid 210kw atm on 98 fuel in S+ so heaps of power .. great on fuel I've average around 11lts per 100kms .... great for heading up my local ski fields ...towing the bike trailer going dirk biking ,,,throwing the dog in the Back .... Now I'm thinking about #1 buying a BP 06-08 H6 Si drive leather /heated seats etc .. low as kms .... I see one turning up here in NZ with only 47kms on the clock ....and spending some good coin on making a car that will see me out over the next 20yrs+ as my daily driver (would like older school V8 one day purely as sunday wagon) then from my 07 H6 (thats got 250Kms of hard driving) changing over my Raptor headers X force exhaust , intake mods, towbar ... now I got the cars ECU +TCU tuned by Kido .... not sure if I could just swap the ECUs over or that would mess with other elecs in the cars ...

I think I've blown mine up .. esp front shocks and rear lower rubber bushes are stuffed non-wof .... thinking about buying rebuilt Billies from Susp-tech Auckland

Got my 07 si drive 3.0 paddle shift auto etc in white 130kms for 10k thought that was a great buy ...drove a manual didn't spin my wheels with the high pedal engagement 3.0 nil low torque under 3k didn't seem a good mix ... Was looking to trade my 05 3.0R + cash for a 06 manual last year..... the manual 3.0 owner was blown away how well the stock auto 3.0 went ....(I'm sure it must have been tuned) Glad to have waited for the 07 ...now with full exhaust / Kido tune /intake mods goes very well

Yes always expected it was going be much louder and 80% of the time I love the sound difference over stock aka open road sweet ...but now and again it annoys me at lower speeds and as I drive 20,000kms+ per year ..why not have it perfect ...final cost should be a touch over $1600 including install ...which is going be pretty good IMHO for full stainless .... next up front window tint ...mesh grill ...sway-bars ....should be it

Months on from the new exhaust Raptor headers , stock cats, ex 2.25 HSV resonators to X-force catback I have decided to add another muffler and went with the "Vibrant Ultra quiet resonator" to either replace or add into the system ....just a bit too much Boy racer for me at times

What is the limiter set at in your guys cars ..after fitting headers to my 07 3.0 si legacy it revs hard to just over 7k ..sounds like a bloody F1 car ....I'm sure before hand it was just before 7k

Loving having the headers fitted finding it revs much faster at the top end basically screams to just over 7k ....but still very quiet while cruising 100-110k.... my full setup >> Raptor Headers > stock cats > Holden 2.25 resonators > X-force cat back ...brilliant setup IMHO

Right will cost $400+ ...you 100% on your mate ....? might send him txt see if he's keen....thinking if he was it would be queenstown as flying from Aus to Dunedin is an ass timewise no direct flights I understand.....
